FAMILY MOBILE T MOBILE WALMART family mobile account was cancelled on 12-18-14 family mobile still billing me have been trying to cancel my FAMILY T MOBILE SINCE 3-26-14 WHEN CALLING T MOBILE THEY TOLD US THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF OUR NUMBERS OR I SHOULD SAY PREVIOUS NUMBERS AND NOW THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO BILL US $134.57 albuquerque New Mexico

T-Mobile is billing us $134.57 for two months cell charge after we had cancelled our account.

We received a text message in december 2014 that our account was cancelled and we followed up calling t-mobile and was tols they had no recors of our cancelled cell numbers 303-601-4469 0r 303-6675653. now we are receiving statememts for usage Jan, Feb. 2015 we had returned the phones to walmart on 10-10 and 10-18-2014.  Therefore, ad had no cell phones from family mobile t mobile.  We have had numerous excuses that our pin number was incorrect ( i do have a letter from my family t mobile verifying password and user name.
