Dr. Jacobson does some horrific acts that would surprise anyone!  First, around 2009 he made his associate veterinarians work on commission. Their paycheck and commission rate is based on the amount of services they provide, the sales they have and further testing is always a bonus! I have witnessed numerous incidences where Dr. Jacobson has verbally abused or insulted an employee in front of me and other clients. The poor girls that work for him are mortified, you can see it in their faces. Dr. Jacobson has a habit of manipulating clients into paying for unnecessary laboratory tests, x-rays, surgeries, hospital stays, and most commonly medications.
