Fashion Forms Cutting Edge Sports Bra, Ventura California

Fashion Forms is a company that claims to be the foundation to a great escape and that they have lingerie, bras and accessories to fit any occasion. Well, my escape was far from desirable and was rather a nightmare of searing pain and gore.

I purchased a white Fashion Forms Sports Top. Its advertised to be for Medium -high impact sports such as running, it has performance fabric to keep a person dry and comfortable,  and has a media pocket for your iPod or other media devices. While I was excited for the half marathon I had signed up for, I was also excited to wear my new bra. When the race came I started it with a smile, however, that smile began to fade after a while as I started to feel some discomfort in my upper body. I was unaware of what the pain was from during the race as I was full of sweat and was 

tired from running, but after the race I had a nasty shock waiting for me.

Having finished the half marathon I return to my hotel to have a bath to soothe my aching body. I remove my clothes and finally remove my sport top. Upon removing the sport top there was some pain just beneath both of my breasts, so I look in the mirror to discover that the pain was caused by bleeding wounds. I was so shocked that the sport top had done this to me.

I eventually figured out how the bra had done what it did to me. The bra has an elastic to stop it from riding up and the hem around it is far too thick. It was also jagged which caused the hem to act as a knife as I ran. No wonder it was painful, I was literally being cut into.

The pain didn't end there. Every time I bathed it stung so badly that I'd have to grit my teeth and squeeze my fists as tight as I could until the pain subsided. Not only were there stinging pains, there were also pains inside my breasts around the wounded area (which still continue to bother me). At a point in the healing process the scabs began to itch so badly but i could not itch because i never wanted to create further scarring. The pain that gets me the most is the emotional pain though. This was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for me but it was ruined by something that was supposed to give me support and my breasts were the only part of my body that were not scarred and the only part of my body that I actually loved. That has all been destroyed for me.

I wanted to prevent this from happening to other women so I contacted the company three times but never got very far. I emailed the company but did not get a reply, I then phoned the company and they said they'd have someone contact me - no one did, I tried to email again with a different email and again someone told me that they'd have someone contact me - again, no one did. So as a last resort I'm spreading the word to all women every way I can. Please take my advice and be cautious of the products you buy.
