I have ordered parts in the past from Faster jags with no issue. Over a month ago ordered a starter and recieved a prompt auto response email acknowledging the purchase. About a week later I called and spoke to Brian who said the starter had not been in stock but a shipment was in and he would ship ASAP and he would send an email with tracking info. Since that time he will no longer respond to emails or phone calls. His message box on his phone is constantly full so you can't leave a message most of the time. but the messages I have left have gone unresponded!!!

I can order a starter from other sources so all he needs to do is refund my money if he can't get one.
