Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Feather Bay (spring branch, tx). Feather Bay Golf Club, Kings Point Cove are all a ripoff!! Bought 2 lots from them and spent close to $60,000.00 for property that was supposed to be a subdivision of Brownwood Lake, in Brownwood, Tx. The liars have done nothing to improve or even break ground to install water lines or electric lines for a person to build on since 2008! They charge HOA but where does that money go? I suspect it went to the golf club first! I called and talked to a manager and was told it would be another 5 years before they would start on improvements. I want my money back, my land is paid for.

No response or any kind of help from this company, nor the Brown County Tax Office. They just say sorry! So if I were you PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH! I Lost $60,000.00 plus my lots I am just an average hard working individual!! How dare them to rob innoscent people, they should pay severely!!!

Just wondering if this problem persists or if any resolution has occurred. My husband and I were considering purchasing a lot at King's Point Cove but these comments have given us pause.

Feather Bay ...Kings Point Cove ... The Hide Out Golf Club, stealing my money and others to build a housing development, selling land then going bankrupt after you pay it off and can't build on it! $60,000 down the sewer! Its a scam people do your research before buying anything from these businesses!!
