I do not Feel that I should be responsible for this Bill that I was sent because of somebody taking advantage of me and then finding out the whole thing was a fraud. I would like to send you a letter and the Judge's decision from court so that i can have this taken off my credit report.

Fed Ex Drivers should be charged for misdeliveries

My experience with Fed Ex is they delivered my computer to the wrong place. They refused to admit this and tried to lie to the vendor company that they worked through that they did give it to me and rectified the situation.
After 30 days I finally got another computer but FedEx did not own up to their failures.

If you want to inform people of a ripoff, you should provide the details so that people will know what to look for.

What happened? Did you send your products to a buyer in Ohio? Did somebody ship something through FedEx and bill it to you? Were you tricked into some type of internet scam such as home gift wrapping or some variant of the Nigerian scam?

Why aren't you responsible for the FedEx bill?
