Precious Metal Refining Services Inc. The representative picked a platinum nugget from my collection via some pictures I sent to determine feasibility for fire assay and inside the two week wait we were not contacted at all only to be told the metal was assayed "twice" and that it contained no precious metal. He then called it a blob so I told him to send it back. They got a BBB review from a lady for selling her information, pulling a mail scam and other things in their reviews and they pulled the same scam on us by selling our information and us getting a bio-hazard fed-ex package left on our doorstep. Beware and they need investigated on many levels for elders information as well as my information and mail fraud. They've apparently stolen metal before too which is funny cause the last refinery I went to did the same thing, broke a piece off and lied. Barrington Illionois

So I noticed a bad review on this refinery but I had not noticed the Better Busniess reviews unfortunately and the same thing happened to us.  The thing is I contacted them, showed the representative "Rob" some platinum nuggets by way of texted pictures. 

So he without prompting picked a nice one of 13.6 ounce well crystalized metallic native platinum.   So then two a week goes by and we get several call from a strange number which we don't answer.  Then I find a package from another person in another town adressed to Wisconsin and it was marked as dropped by fed-ex and a "bio-hazard". 

So according to the gal in the better business review they sold her information and then laid some bizzare package scam on her just like us.  So the two weeks goes by and I assumed they would contact me when they could. But I was wrong no one did, so I called Rep Rob and he said he was "just going to call" me.  So I ask him the status of the fire assay and my item. 

He then answers that the item contained no precious metals and that it was just a blob but that they had assayed it twice so I said ok just send it back.  So then he acted like he was in a hurry to hang up so I asked him if he was going to ship it out and he said monday as it was Friday. So as of this report 4/10/2023 I am today going to call Rob and ask for a tracking number and if they attempt to steal that nugget it happens to belong to an elderly lady. 

I am not happy with the way they treated us or the fraudulent activities they engage in.
