Do not use this lawyer Ian R. Smith or Scott K. Fenton. Very bad lawfirm. This lawyer did not prepare for my court case, acted in a conflict of interesrt and completed a terrible and negligent work for me. I have reportd him to the law society of Upper Canada and have commenced a lawsuit for negligence for, breach of fudiciary duty, conflict of interest and damages are in the millions of dollars. Do not use this firm.
