A representative of this company sold me an outrageously expensive package over the phone (yes, I was stupid to participate). When I called to cancel the order, I was told by a very unhelpful customer service girl that I couldn't cancel my order after 3 days. The order was placed during the end of May, (over the phone, and I never received a receipt) and I called to cancel the first week of June. My check cleared my bank on June 3, 2004. The items weren't even to ship for 6 to 8 weeks (and still haven't been received).
I wrote to the President and CEO, Mr. Stephen Brom, on June 10th, requesting a refund of my $358.70, and included my phone number to facilitate his contacting me. I never heard from him. I would like a refund, and will gladly update this report if one is received.
