Fireside bank I forfeit the car back to them only owing 800.00. They refused to get the car. Than my county towed it. Now they are trying to get me for a little over three grand. I want it removed from my credit report. They sold me a lemon, and cost me over a thousand to fix. It's why I forfeit it back to them.

I did not abandoned anything. Fireside did by not getting the car after release of libility. I know longer owned it after that. Why do you even comment on things you have no understanding of. They where sued by thousands in cailifornia for fraudulent dealings. My was one of them. Your just a man being a man. You must think because am female I must be stupid. The court wiped out the 800.00 I owed them when we fought in court. They did not do what the judge said by removing me from there system and still sent it to collections. Again practicing the fraudulent crap that made the company be sued and go under.

No, I’m not associated with any financial institution.
It’s highly suspicious that you didn’t mention the court case until your third post.
You owe because you failed to honor the terms of the agreement and abandoned the vehicle.

Paid out means they had to pay me ,yes the county towed it off. I think you're a little confused. There company had went under due to fraudulent dealings. They had no where to take the car to. And I was not keeping it. I put in a release of libility on it, and told them come get it. They refused to. They ended up paying me around thirty five hundred. For trying to sue me for the tow fee's. Joke was on them. That's what I meant by paid out. You must be some kind of financial institution or connected to fireside. Why else all the questions?

What is “paid out”?
If the financial agreement included an option to return the vehicle then you probably violated that agreement by abandoning the vehicle instead of returning it. Was the vehicle impounded? Is that the vital part of the story you failed to provide?

Ya I did have all that in my contract. They did not take it because the company had went out of business for fraudulent dealings in California where I live. Also I was involved in the lawsuit against them and was paid out. But it was still left on my credit. And the courts don't handle that part. So really I want to know who to show the court documents to have it removed from my credit report. Am not some looser that could not pay. I chose to go with the way out my contract gave me. Not because I could not pay because I was ripped off.

You played the wrong hand

Is there a clause in the financial agreement that enables you to return the vehicle and walk away from the agreement? Not likely. Did you purchase the 2-day Sales Contract Cancellation Option Agreement? If yes, did you attempt to return the vehicle under those terms? Apparently not; therefore, your claim that you forfeited the vehicle is unacceptable and you are financially responsible for the balance due on the loan agreement.
If you had any recourse under California’s used vehicle lemon law you waived those rights when you violated the terms the loan agreement. You can expect the repossession to remain on your credit report for the next 7-10 years.

My payments where paid up to date and on time until I decided to forfeit it back. So you have no valid point. You most likely worked for them or practice the same shady methods they did. Have you heard of the lemon law? Or the fact the company already been sued ?

Without regard to whatever mechanical problems you allegedy had, it was YOU who failed to make payments and YOU who let it go up to a repo and all the other collections activities. In this world, there are consequences for our actions.
NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer failed to make payments thus causing a repo.
