I got a phone call from 1st capital, promising a cell phone, and 2 cards with a 2500.00 limit for $199.00 I would have it within 3 weeks. well, guess what? They wont even answer the phone.

How do these people stay in business? Something needs to be done to put them out of business once and for all.
