I've been trying for 2 weeks to talk to LIVE person to find out why my payment hasn't posted but have had No luck!! After reading all these entries I guess they probably won't cash it until its considered "late" and they can charge the late fees.

I think all of us should not send another dime until this s**t gets straight. I also think that Spiegel better step up and do what they can do before their name gets dragged down with fcnb!!!!
