These guys are the worst. Every month they raise my interest rate to 23.99, then when I call them and ask them why they say "oh, that was a mistake... some sort of computer glitch". I mail my payments in early every month and they never get them?? I send mail to over 250 accounts every month and no one every tells me they didn't get their statement, yet First Equity never gets my payment. Then they charge me a late payment fee.

Just this month I saw they process one of my checks from over 90 days ago?? I have to call these guys every single month to straighten them out! FIRST EQUITY CARD IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY! I advise you avoid them at all cost!
