Money was taken and never given back to me.  it involving the mailing of fraudulent solicitations to my small business luring me into paying him for a service he never intended to provide, and resulting in defaulted position and never heard back from them, worth hundreds of thousands of dollars they ran off and never heard about them returning my call.  They seemed to be interested in my money and after that they hung up on me and never return to give money back that was paid for.
