Priority Pay was our payroll company for all of 2009. We are presently getting deficiency notices of non-payment from both the State of RI & the Federal Government, even though Priority Pay withdrew the funds from our business Checking account directly. We are inquiring if any other RI or New England business with the same problem with Priority Pay are going to get involved in any type of group class action law suit to recover the tax dollars that have not been paid. If so please contact us so we can join to resolve this problem.

We are also victim of this company. We all can join hand and fight against this company.
They owe 20K + in IRS and STate TAXES.

this is in response to the company from Rhode Island about Priority Pay. We are from NJ and have had the same experience as you. Money taken from our payroll account for federal and state taxes was never sent to the state or IRS. We are sick over this. I would like to contact you, but I don't how, any suggestions? By the way, I am sending a detailed report to the Attorney General's Office of NJ. I spoke with them and thay have received numerous complaints and the BBB of NJ has received 78 compaints, all the same as us. Please try to contact us to resolve this problem!
