Received conformation for a final bill of almost $13.00 and this is while the order is pending with my mastercard

when i called Fitkloud about $2.99 cent additional charge I was told that I neglected to cancel within 14 days my

original order.  I order the 30 day free trial at 10:58 AM today so My 14 day trial has not even started and my 

mastercard co. said that cannot stop a pending order.
