#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company
The other half of the story -from Fixeon

KM Act is a supplier of cleanroom consumables and supplied wipes, gloves and cleanroom masks to Fixeon for 4-5 years. We did write a check for $69 that was returned and paid them cash to resolve the matter. I spoke to the accounting person at KM and told her that we would pay them the rest of the $380 owed ASAP. Shortly after talking to the that person this report was filed.
The added jab about our landlord locking us out. Well that is a half truth. We were at the end of the lease and settled the mater trading money they owed us for tenant improvements for the rent due. If you have looked at this report and are considering whether or not to do business with Fixeon based on such a report, then please call Cramer Hageman (Gen Manager) directly at KM ACT. Although this damaging report was filed, we could have elected to not do business with KM Act further but I personally took the high road and have since purchased more goods from them.
