Flip the Trend I ordered a dog bed online and it never delivered. Chicago Illinois

I saw an ad on Facebook called Flip the Trend offering free dog beds and only paying shipping which was $4.99. I ordered one dog bed on January 1, 2018 and was sent a confirmation code. I emailed them on the 22nd and this was their response: Hi there, Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the delay to response. Please be advised there has been a stock issue for Several sizes of our Giveaway(EU). As a "Trend" store policy, we issue Full Refund to customers who are not willing to wait any longer (1-2 weeks from today). But most Importantly we still deliver the item(s) they paid for. Nevertheless, we appreciate you for being a valuable customer. Please let us know if you like to request a Refund as mentioned above and still have your item. Regardless of your decision, We still be delivering your package and we respect both the cases. We are sorry for unexpected but yet unacceptable long term delay. But for our paying customer we have to confirm that we have no intention to purposely delay your item which is rightfully yours. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Regards, TREND Support team. I let them know that I was fine to wait for the dog bed. This was the last I heard from them.I have this email for proof.

I tried to email today and the email would no go thru saying that it is an illegal host/domain. It seems that their website has also been deleted. I am very upset about this situation because it’s not right to rip people off. I am hoping that something can be done and for others involved also.
