I ordered a dog bed for $4.99 back Jan 12th 2018 with my credit card and it said 8-12 days for delivery and it's now March 1, I emailed them in the middle of Feb and the reply: Hi there, Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the delay to response. Your shipment batch is in transit as we speak. The calculated ETA based on your location is by the end of February. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Regards, TREND Support team. Needless to say the website no longer exists, the email is not valid anymore and no # to call! DO NOT order anything from them, I want my refund or my dog bed!
