 Obviously, I complained to Nick Mayl before filing a report here. I filed this report in a desperate attempt to prevent what happened to me to happen to another person and in effort to empower myself after being "screwed". I am not providing my "personal" identity because frankly, I don't feel it's safe to, I do not trust Nick Mayl and his business at all. I'm sure Nick Mayl knows enough people in this community to provide him positive reviews but DO NOT doubt the legitimacy of my complaint. There are other tree cutting and tree trimming businesses in this community, I suggest taking your hard earned money and giving it to a more honest business man. People like Nick apparently feel there is no vengeance for the scorned customer but thank goodness for a site like this that allows my story to be told. And please note that Nick has not rebutted my claim of not having a License and only having a tax county receipt (not a license).

Florida Tree & Ground Maintenance Inc owned my Nick Mayl, is a very professional man with a business he can be proud of. He and his crew showed up on Feb. 14th,2015 and removed two huge oak trees for me, they did this in one day, I was impressed how fast and professional they all were. Very pleased with Nick and his crew, so much so I want to get him back to do more ground maintenance for me. If anyone needs a tree removed or ground maintenance I would highly recommend Florida Tree & Ground Maintenance.

I searched my electronic calendar and couldn't find where our company would have serviced your property. For one to make the statements like 

"Please do not provide your business to Nick Mayl, he stated he would provide services and fails to complete the work. This man and his company are unprofessional and unethical. The company is not reliable/responsible and the prices provided are inaccurate and may not be what your charged. He is not fully licensed, being licensed is not just having a county tax receipt.

I don't understand the above report that Nick Mayl fails to provide the services agreed on between him and the customer. I have personally worked with Nick in the past, sub-contracting work to him, and have always been impressed by his commitment to quality. His company is actually one of the few service companies I have seen in the area that strive for excellence. Don't think that is an understatement. I have never left a job unsatisfied with the quality of work he performed. This is one reason I have always used his service. Furthermore, before using any service for sub-work, I check their credentials and Nick's company is fully licensed and insured. Besides this, Nick has always been forthright and honest in all business transactions. I have never encountered a problem with Nick being unprofessional with any of my customers and have always maintained a very professional relationship with him. Nick has always charged me exactly what he quoted me and performed the work in a timely fashion without excuses or mundane drama I have experienced with other subs. Overall, I have yet to find a better service that provides the excellent quality in the expedite manner that Nick’s service does.
