The flowers were ordered 2 weeks in advance and delivered a day late.



The website guarantees 100% satisfaction.  If not satisfied, the customer has the option of replacement (in certain instances) or a refund - "your choice."  Florist Express has yet to come close to honoring the guarantee. 

Day after day, e-mail after e-mail (in which my name is incorrect) they apologize profusely but do not acknowledge my request for a full refund. 

So far I'm up to a 20% refund and a coupon for $10 off a future order- not even close to making up for the grief they've caused.



Avoid this company - they don't deliver on their promises.

Florist Express - Still Delivering Disappointment

After additional e-mails with the wrong name and canned responses, I called Customer Service.  The rep had a lot of "tone" in his voice and a bad attitude.  He had no knowledge of their website and his offer followed in the same vein as the e-mails. (20% refund, etc.)  I asked to speak to his supervisor and was placed on hold.  When he returned, the refund amount was upped, but fell way short of the requested 100%.  This process happened several times until finally he angrily declared,

"You'll get a full refund" and hung up on me.  (PayPal has since confirmed the refund.) While Florist Express ultimately honored their promises, I had to force them into it and it was torture getting there.  I am worn out, frustrated and disappointed by the whole experience.  Their responses and the way they handled this situation demonstrates that customer satisfaction is NOT a priority.

My initial evaluation stands.  I cannot recommend Florist Express.
