The product is defective, while it did not cost that much, it is the principle. They have a 6 month warranty, received at Christmas and their warranty info stated to contact at support@flosstime.com, I did this twice. Zero response. I went to the website, said contact us at info@flosstime.com. Zero response. Guarnateed if I was wanting to buy something they may respond. This item broke less than two months in. Very poor design.
