Order flowers over the phone. Paid extra for AM delivery. THEY got the wrong date and blamed me. Would not cancel order.

A day later they show up late. They were left out and are now brown. They wont resend until its investigated. But will give me 10% off! Wow, horrible impression and 10 % off GARBAGE. Spent at least 2 hours on hold. Horrible service. DO NOT USE. You cant replace the first impression.
