I orderd some cloths from the forever21 online store. The total cost of the cloths was $65.20. I never recieved the package.

The post office claims that the package was delivered to my home at 10:39am; however, I saw the post man that day and he did not even approch my door. Nothing was delieverd that day. It was my day off and I was home all day.

After fighting with the post office they said that I needed to speak to forever21 if i wanted any reimbursment for my missing  package. I called and reported the package missing to forever21.

It has now been over 3 weeks of me trying to get my money back. The post office took their time in sending me an email saying that the package must have been stolen off my doorstep.

Now it seems that forever21 believes that the package was delivered and will not give me my money back. No one I speek to seems to understand that a package that was never delievered and therefor could not have been stolen from my doorstep.

It was the post office that lost the package, but forever21 is the sender who chose to use the USPS. They gave me no option to insure my package upon ordering. Im am positve that forever21 insures all off their packages and it would cost them no money to reimburse me for my loss.

Forever21 is a bad business with terrible customer service.

I am experiencing the same thing

AUTHOR: RVZSmith - ()

POSTED: Saturday, December 20, 2014

I am currently in the same nightmare. It is just a few days before Christmas and the order that I place from a month ago is yet to arrive from Forever 21. The order took weeks before being processed and delivered. Why the hold up?

Then UPS claimed delivery when nothing was delivered. Other packages from other companies were delivered that same day and all week including expensive electronics but nothing from Forever 21. The weird part is that the delivery status was only posted yesterday stating that it was delivers days before.

I spent almost $200. I can assume at this point that the money is history as Forever 21 could care less as they have already expressed. I will be avoiding their online service all together because there is something shady about this all.

I never recieved the package. If it was lost or stolen (the USPS has decided my package must have been stolen) then insuance would cover it. I was not offered the option to insure my purchase. To me this means that Forever21 is responsible to cover my cost.

Regardless of what the USPS claims the package WAS NOT DELIVERED. I was home all day and I saw the carrier that day. He had no package with him. I was super disapointed because I was excited that the online tracker said I was going to get my new clothes that day. After the mail carrier left without leaving behind any package I checked the tracker again to see if it had been delayed. I was shocked to see that it said it had been delivered. I also spoke with the carrier a few days later. He confirmed that he had not delieved the package. I believe that it was the fault of the USPS that my package was not delivered. BUT they said they could only help me if my package was insured.

The point is that Forever21 chose the USPS to deliever the items that I paid for. If they do not offer a chance to insure my items myself then they are responsible for me reciving the items I paid for.

I don't expect to get my money back from this situation. People should just know that if you order something from Forever21 and it gets lost or stolen there is a really good chance that you wont get your money back.

How in the world is Forever 21 responsible

AUTHOR: Robert - ()

Forever 21 sent you a package, and the Post Office says that the package was delivered.  So as far as they are concerened..you got the package and they aren't responsible for it now being "missing".   While I am not saying you did this, but say you actually did get the package.  What would stop you(again not saying you would do this) from just claiming that you never got it in order to get a refund or a 2nd item at no cost.

If you still think that they should be responsible.  Then let's change the situation a bit.  Say you sent a $100 item to someone, and UPS/FedEx/USPS says it was delivered.  But that person says they never got it.  Are you going to give them back the $100 just on their word that they didn't get it..especially since you have the carrier saying it was in fact delivered.  My guess would be NO, so why should Forever 21(or any store) be responsible for this "missing" package.

The Post Office didn't loose the package, they show it was delivered.  Now, if you want to make a claim that someone at the Post Office stole it..then go file a report with them.  But don't expect them to pay you back anything.  Oh and insurance would have been useless in this situation because the package shows it was delivered.    But one final thing on this..I don't imagine your typical Postal Worker is going to risk their job(and jail time) to steel a few items from a store that caters to Fashion Minded Teens/20 somethings.
