It's bad enough that Kim provides a sham service.  It is even worse (laughable) that she asked so many of you shout-ins to stand up for her pathetic excuse of a site.

No, i am certainly not Dr Chandra (who at this point has all she will ever need to sue for everything that you idiots will ever have).

As for the accusation against KIM OLIVE, you said nothing.  You shamed and blamed someone completely removed.  You slandered someone out of the desire to slander them.  Instead of actually addressing the proven information provided (the ones showing that Kim fabricates traffic and impressions on her Facebook page and has the worst website in the entire Valley are for advertising), you slandered someone that you clucking hens have an issue with. 

It must be a sad life to be a minion of someone like Kim... Perhaps instead of slandering someone who had nothing to do with Kim's scam, you should ask Kim why she purchased the page traffic and fans off of Fiverr (which has bee proven multiple times now)

The saddest part is that you fat gossip hens actualy think that slandering someone unrelated to the problem somehow makes your cause look better. May I suggest pulling your head away from the TV and getting off of the couch long enough to taste real life?

 Yes, I'm calling you out. I refrained from addressing you as "Dr." because you don't deserve the title. FBAG is a very helpful page that has assisted me get my business off the ground, and since advertising with them, my small business has flourished. Maybe it didn't work for you because of the lack of care for your patients, rude comments towards parents (I told you my child's symptoms one time, to which you replied, "I'M the doctor), reluctance to test for things, but instead, just shoving a prescription in a concerned parent's face. Oddly enough, FBAG is how I found out about your office, so to claim that you did not receive any business when you advertised with that page is a lie! You can advertise all you'd like, but if you aren't delivering what you promised, of course you aren't going to see results. Many people in this area are unhappy with your lack of bedside manner (among a multitude of other things), and those who have never taken their children to you have heard all about you, so don't expect their business! It isn't just you who lacks much to be desired, but the other pediatricians in your office as well, besides the newer ones you acquire occasionally. It is the talk of the town that you have attempted to sue at least one family for slander because they stated these things, but it's only slander if the accusations are FALSE. Don't be surprised when you are counter sued for negligence the next time you attempt to sue someone. I hope the individuals who countersue are knowledgable enough to contact the parents of the many other children whose needs you have neglected. Your office staff (NOT to include the pediatricians) is very attentive, caring, and kind, but that isn't a reason to continue to use a doctor that doesn't do what needs to be done to ensure a child's well-being. I heard a joke recently that reminded me of you (not that you aren't a joke in yourself). What do you call the person who is the absolute worst in a medical school graduating class? Answer: DOCTOR! My point in all this is that no one is to blame for your lack of clientele but yourself, as well as the other doctors in your office. If you would bite your tongue, not making ugly remarks to the parents who CHOSE you and whose insurance PAYS you, spend more than 5 minutes with each patient, test for things instead of just handing out prescriptions, and start exhibiting a kind, caring, empathetic demeanor, your office would flourish. If you are unable to do so, feel free to move to a town that doesn't care about the welfare of their children because with the word spreading like wildfire, eventually we WILL put you out of business! 

I understand you may have had a good experience with her ads since a lot of your businesses are able to be sustained with that regular croud.  For those of us with larger market needs, it siply doesn't work without a real traffic base.  After looking at the docs (something that continues to be tap-danced around) there is no question that she is purchasing the traffic. There is no other reason that the vast majority of her page interactions would be from Asia and Nigeria.  If her dishonesty helps, my hats off to you. But that simply isn't enough for businesses looking to expand beyond her immitation traffic. 

You sent your clown crew after fake targets and then have the audacity to pretend to care of people's welfare?  You did nothing but defame people to try and cover up your sick and distorted lies.

You continue to victim blame a person who took you at your weighted words. You continue to say "it's someone else's fault" instead of just admitting your dishonesty.  You are a sick person, and seem incapable of honesty. 

It's truly pathetic that you are so sold to your dishonesty that you are about to expose yourself instead of walking away from your lie. 

As for your "Let’s both look forward and focus on our future endeavors." of course you want to since you want people to overlook the twisted numbers you are selling.  I am getting plenty of business in one week from someone who knows what they are doing.  

Paying a person (like you who is selling fake interactions as real ones) for ad space that was was crap taught me to recognize a real marketer.  So, thank you for teaching me what a fake is. 

The Fort Benning Area Guide (FBAG) was established to facilitate interaction with the military personnel being assigned to and from Fort Benning. Obviously, the members seeking guidance about goods and services in the area will benefit from the feedback about the good/bad businesses in the area. Further, we want the businesses associated with FBAG to be successful also. Unfortunately, all businesses don’t succeed, just like all advertising campaigns are not successful. Why not successful? There are myriad reasons for this.  Ultimately, the business owner is responsible for the success or failure of the business. If advertising with FBAG has not been useful for a particular business then common sense says “Find a more profitable place for your advertising dollars”.

Regarding those who choose to engage with the FBAG pages, choosing to “LIKE” or follow our pages is an individual decision. Certainly, there are followers of any page that are not legitimate. At Fort Benning Area Guide we do not pursue members who are not beneficial to the Page or the membership of the Page. We will take steps that will increase the scope of our reach, but only with the intent to bring REAL
value to the Page and its participants. Needless to say, all business decisions have potential adverse consequences. FBAG is not immune to these consequences as are those who are unhappy with their experience with FBAG. While we are disappointed things may not have worked out, I hope we part ways looking forward to achieving our mutual business objectives.

It is a waste of FBAGs and disappointed member’s time and energy to continue to churn over these issues by continuing to look backward. It is also not productive for either party. Let’s both look forward and focus on our future endeavors.

 Hello, I just wanted to say I have been advertising with FBAG since the beginning. The first couple of months I only received a few customers but as FBAG grew so did my customer base. I'm not sure what all these claims and drama is about and do not wish to be involved. I just wanted to state the truth about what I have received. I have had nothing but GREAT response to my advertising. I have referred many people to FBAG just because of the volume of customers I have and still receive today. I try to ask every customer and I would say over 90% of them come from FBAG. I have spent Thousands on TV, Radio, News Paper ads , Ect. But FBAG and Kim Olive has been nothing but great to me and my business. I admit sometimes drama gets started but from what I have seen it is stopped as soon as it is seen or reported. Good Luck!! I understand how you tried to stay out of this, but I appreciate you stepping in. I had no clue they would respond in such a manner when this was brought to light. I think you are right with their response making a difference, perhaps all I've spoken to wouldn't care as mmuch as I do now if they hadn't been such vendictive cows.

And while this may be common for celebrity fb pages, them claiming these interactions as a selling point is till dishonest (and according to the Sec of State's office, fraud). Notices are being made to both state offices to ensure that the regulators are aware of this deceptive practice.

I've turned this information over to the public and the specific busness groups who monitor and investigate consumer protection so that they can deal with it appropriately.  I am sorry that they brought your name into this only for how it effected you, but thank you for helping. 

All of your accusations and no one seems to get his problem "yes, HIS". You defamed her and I for no reason other than your own childish paranoia. 

He came to me looking for a way to investigate a rumor told by many by FBAG's former manager. Until he read my name on this board, he hadn't even considered my ability to dig up the dirt.  I did it, it is done and it is patently obvious that the rumor shared by the former member of FBAG was indeed true."HE" (the guy who contracted me) posted the link to the ID list. The drama queen narrative of everyone posting and responding here is below any norms of our society.  No one below seems to know anything about marketing or market perpetuity since you all have attacked each other like ravenous dogs. Not to mention bringing my name up as a rallying cry when I had jack shiat to do with it. 

As for the list, we scraped and sold a list to this individual, and only after the collective below tried to slander me with their dramatic and caustic ramblings.  I defended the FBAG group since most high profile pages have several fake listings they pay for.(it's actually a very common practice... just ask Justin Bieber and his roughly 50% fake volume).  The paranoid and rhetorical responses though gave way to some vicious accusations of items not even involving me. I care not about the "SHAMWOW" type of advertising going on over there since it neither helps or hurts my business or clients.  However, when you dare to drag in someone who had nothing to do with your little drama game, don't be surprised if they come equipped with a sharp rebuke. 

So stop with your drama, stop with your threats, stop with all of this. The only thing shown by any of this experience is what a bunch of drama based individuals we have in our local market.  My clients stear clear of this craziness because they like to avoid the petty nature of fighting over the scraps.  In essence, that is the problem with this entire group, they are willing to cut up anyone they see as a threat instead of building the entire area. Well, they can have their crumbs.  We are after more than that. We want to build the area, not build walls and groups against each other.  Why not ask yourselves a simple question, "did defending a lie about some stupid purchased traffic and account likes do anything to benefit your business?", Did it?  Or did it make the entire thing look a lot worse than it is.  Denying what is obvious makes the dishonesty look more flagrant, not as innocent as it would have looked with a simple "yeah, who doesn't?". 

There's really nothing more for me to add here beyond "keep my name the hell out of your hen gatherings".  Grow up a little bit.  The local market needs adults to drive it, not a bunch of people acting like high school drama queens. I'm out...

There is nothing illegal about reporting real information.  Smearing one person you have an issue with is pathetic.  Dean guessed and got it wrong. It is bullying on your part however to harass and smear people who are  teh vicitms of your scam.

All who read this need to know that Dr. Chandra and Christian L**** (mentioned earlier) have both been trying to cause trouble for Kim Olive.  I've never seen a more childish pair of adults.  This report is proof.  There are enough comments from other consumers to show that this is nothing more than cyber bullying.  That's right Dr. Chandra and Christian L****... what you're doing is cyber bullying.  I don't know if you've checked the laws recently, but it's a federal offense now.  Stop it.

You purchased all of the likes for that post on an account and didn't even read the previous posts to understand that we can see the interactions and the exact accounts.  Apparently you know a lot less about Facebook than you claim.  We've reported your page since on this thread you claimed to charge people for posts (ie. you openly admitted to violating FB terms of service here). 

CL tried to stay out of this until you and Dean tried to trash him.  Personally, I am surprised he hasn't sued you for slander at this point. Even your former business partner openly admits that you purchase your user interactions.  The sad part is that CL actually tried to defend you before you went crazy on him.  He explained that this is a common practice that most large pages do, and that, while it is petty and pathetic, it's fairly common. 

As for giving back to the community, why does Dean still come in our stores on a regular basis trying to sell these crap ads? Your lies are catching up with you and good people are sick of it. Claiming to make very little is also a joke.  I paid a lot and you delivered almost nothing.  

Again, I have proven my point with the assistance of someone dumb enough to try and defend you.  I hope that others will avoid the FBAG scam (I have always found it sad that you named it FBAG, but now it seems appropriate)

As for you libeling good people with Dean's assistance, it's pathetic to try to smear someone else because you got caught scamming people.  I've proven conclusively and can do so repeatedly with this tool, that you are lying about your service. You can't defend the user ID's that facebook is keeping track of.  Posting a pick of your graphs comes up short to the actual id's of the users themselves.

Again, victim blaiming.  I wonder if these many internet trolls would be willing to say the same of victims of violence or victims of elder abuse?  But since I am a small business owner who paid her good money for her service, which turned out to be based on fabricated numbers, it's now my fault?  Any credibility these trolls had is gone when it comes to anything integrity based.

She has been eposed as a fraud and a scam artist. I trusted her with my money, as so many havee done, and she took advantage of it.  Oddly enough, the person she and Dean tried to smear was the one who was acctually honest in this.  The same with her former partner who was good enough to expose this to the world. 

I have been advertising with Fort Benning Area guide for over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say. I am a very small home based business and it was hard to at first get new customers in the local area after I moved here from across the country where we were stationed. Advertising is very expensive and FBAG offered an affordable solution PLUS it was geared towards our military community which is my target group. My sales more than doubled and I got a great following. 

To suggest her fans are fake is outrageous. There are a lot of people that move to and from the area and you can see by the number of responses to posts that they are in fact real. I mean, all you have to do is look at the posts by others and those that are responding. Plus this is a MILITARY COMMUNITY, people move to Asia and Europe and all over! This doesn't take a genius to figure out. They keep the page because they are either moving back here, want to keep up, for entertainment or they call this place home.

This just seems like someone who is very scorned that probably drove their own customers away by saying such outrageous things or providing not so good service. That's on them, not the page. People aren't stupid. The immaturity of the poster also shines through with "ugly as sin website" calling her sad and pathetic. She can't help people seeing your business and then making a negative review or knowing a negative reputation you may have.

Some people are money hungry and bitter, others like Kim are trying to survive while making a great page that provides helpful info for the area as well as helping others. She is always trying to pay things forward and encourages others to do the same. MAYBE time should be spent on trying to be a better person than attacking others becaue you are unhappy.

This proves that over 13k of my fans are from the US unless the author of the complaint & CL wants to accuse facebook of lying.

I did make a post so my fan base could say where they were from.  I did not boost it so the author of the complaint is defaming my page and me.  Anyone knows that if you boost a post that your viral numbers will increase dramatically.  I took a picture to show my organic numbers and I can post it.  It is 100% organic.   You can see the post for yourself...

Surely, she/he & CL doesn't think I took the time to create over 200 profiles & emails just to say I have a fan base.  This is ridiculous.  I think she/he has been fooled by CL.  I am sorry that she/he didn't get any new jobs/clients/customers/patients, but sometimes your own reputation plays a major part in it.  If I posted on the page who saw posts in reference to her/his business, I am sure I am can get a lot of people that saw the promos and will be glad to be witnesses or send me signed affidavits.  She/he already knows this.

Fort Benning Area Guide, LLC is not an income producing business.  I make very little income.  I don't call on clients.  I do make a post about advertising and if someone wants to advertise, they contact me.  My page is more about giving back to the community and anyone can see this by visiting www.facebook.com/fortbennningareaguide. 

I literally started my businesses from Fort Benning area guide and even though I have sold it my foundation has come from there as well as my own marketing. Fbag is a very unique online entity and it works if you work it right .. its not desinged for you to just sign up and sit back its desigend so you get to interact and test your market in real time. No other entity is offering that, i think you just thought it was going to be some get rich quick scheme and got upset because you didnt take the time to make it work. Again I opened and started not 1 but 2 highly profitable businesses propelled by the adverts and interaction i got from the real local people from Fort Benning area guide. So that means must be operator error or time to think of a new get rich quick business plan or better yet work hard and dont expect people to do it for you for peanuts.

She claims an interaction of around 50K people per month, so last night she had to call a house I was at in an effort to beg people to leave responses. She also paid a Facebook Boost for a post she still has at the top.  Even then she only has a couple hundred responses on a page that claims over 14k fans.  
She is such a fraud and it is hilarious to see the response below. CL promised me that he will allow me to post the full list of her user interactions, and proof of her manipulating the public with fake fiverr accounts.  

It's sad, she likely spent a ton last night and was up into the early hours just to try and protect her scam. According to CL, her recruiting of people to respond here has actually SCO'd(?) this post to come up higher in the search engines. So, effectively, her narcissistic response has actually made this critique more visible.

It matters not since they can't defend her blatant deviation from the truth.  The sample of the fake accounts can be found here.

All of those trying to bash me as a small business advertiser and the guy who got this info to me need to grow up and learn some integrity.  She lied and it is proven she lied  This is fraud cut and dry.  Her claim that people who pay her money are getting dedicated interactions by people in this area, much less on this continent, is proven to be bogus.  At most, it appears that she offers about 5%  of her claimed interaction... if that.

Blaming small businesses for failed ads when the ads were a scam to begin with is BS, and you should all be ashamed of playing that game.  CL has told me he doesn't want the entire list posted, but has about 68K user id's that interacted with her page.  The majority of which are from Nigeria and are often already banned accounts for ad spam.  

Calling my complaint flawed even with her scamming people with falsified information is a very flawed form of logic.  If someone is selling based on fake info, then they are perpetrating a con.  The person getting conned is not responsible for the lies of the person conning them... Or are you now an advocate for victim blaming?

I think it is a shame that someone would slame a person such as Kim Olive and the amazing job she has done on www.facebook.com/fortbenningareaguide  I have used this page since moving to Columbus 2.5 years ago and Kim has been amazing at helping me and my family get acquainted with the area, helping me find business for my home business, and more.  Further, this page on Facebook is SO MUCH MORE than just a page taking up space.  As a military spouse, this page is a huge blessing.  When you are new to an area and don't know where to turn, the Fort Benning Area Guide can help!  This page has helped me find pediatricians for my kids, vets for my animals, jobs, and more!  It has helped military spouses find friends at a not-so-friendly post.  Since the post is Tradoc, there really isn't a lot to do for spouses but this amazing page that Kim has created allows people of all walks of life to come together and help each other any way we can. For someone to say that the questions asked are bogus, I for one will call you out on that one!  I ask TONS of questions, on a weekly basis! The questions are kept anonymous because of privacy and many questions can be of a personal nature.  I think person who wrote this horrible report needs to get a check up from the neck up and stop bashing those who are truly out to help others! I know Kim Olive personally.  She is a consumate professional who is above reproach.  Anyone would be fortunate to work with her or the Fort Benning Area Guide. 

My advice to the person who complained...GET A LIFE!  Kim rocks and so does that page.  I can name hundreds of locals and military personnel too who value this page as a solid source of information.  It's like one of the best around.  But you...you need to wake up and smell the coffee.  If you don't like the attention Kim gets, just walk away.  It will make you a better person.

I have been a member of Fort Benning Area Guide since it was under 500 people on the page.  Even then, it was a very useful and active group.  Within a matter of a month, it grew to thousand especially with the post realignment.  I have dealt with Fort Benning Area Guide (FBAG) multiple times.  It has assisted me in a variety of ways.  For instance, it aided in locating employment, finding a dependable photographers, networking with other small business owners, and even making new friends who too became clients.  

I have advertised with this page NUMEROUS times for myself, peers and even other companies in which I was employed; we consistently recieved positive results and leads.  Does that mean that every person who saw those business listings jumped up and purchased my services and/or products? Absolutely NOT--but it would have been nice!  That is not how a business operates.  You win some, you lose some.  There are all sorts of things that could have hindered your growth.  Have you considered that some may have first seen your advertising and later came in on their own accord, it happens all the time.  It could be the time of day you were being marketed, it could have been the wording, it could just be because no one likes your merchandise/services OR that your product was just too generic and the market was flooded with competition. You have to know your target demographics and market.  

Your thinking that military automatically equals money, is incorrect! Here's a little free business advice, owners must evaluate advertising dollars FIRST. A small business owner can discover their average cost for a new customer by calculating their cost for advertising and the number of new clients that reach their store. If a small business owner spends fifty dollars for one new customer, then they must adjust their advertising campaign to lower the cost per customer. Although difficult to find out, business owners should not overlook this calculation. 

As a small business owner, you have to understand that our reputation is EVERYTHING.  Your tact in this report kills any credibility that you might have had in the complaint because there are points where you interjected opinions of your associate about her character which has nothing to do with your overall complaint.  It is in true distaste and a low blow.  In addition, statements such as advertising on Facebook would be to a 'selective' audience is the most ignorant thing anyone could ever say.  Even the television educates children during commercials that what is posted is for the world to see.  This ESPECIALLY rings true in social networking.  Its Facebook! You cannot control what people view based on their settings and personal choice nor who they are or where they reside!  Living in a military community, you are well aware of the turn over rate, therefore, it isn't out of the ordinary to notice people in locations such as Korea, The Phillipines, Europe. In addition, people not wanting to be  located online odd locations such as Antartica on their pages all the time!  

Based on your statements, I consider you complaint very flawed. Let me add, EVEN IF this was the case now at FBAG, the complaint from your business experience is a tad bit too late to be relevant or proven. Working for yourself is a gamble and I am sorry that the business relationship with Mrs. Olive was not a success for you.  I wish you well in your future endevors.  

Well, I had the guy that they tried to pawn this off on run me a report and download their user interactions.  I have the ID's of each user who interacted with her page.

Guess what, they are mainly from Africa. After my initial post, Kim decided to post a rant about her interactions on her page.

Well, here is a sample of the 'scraped' accounts that interacted with her page in the last month. Simply add http://facebook.com/ in front of each of the id's. Take a look at where the vast majority are from.  Her manner of trying to insult others as "not knowing" anything is a joke since she is the one who didn't know he could easily access this info. FThe list will include the first few hundred in the list.

I have contacted the person they tried to blame on this. I had to go through the person who told me. It might not surprise you that he is a bit upset for being the blame target for her misdirection. He said it is possible to retrieve a list of all the user interactions from their page. I have contracted him to do so and will post the list.

This scam artist is trying to divert people's attention to her scam by tearing up someone I have never heard of.  It sucks to hear that she would try to wreck someone else out of this, but not a surprise.  Making up information seems to be what she is good at.  As for who she wants to take things out on, he did cconfirm that she was using the fake accounts (ie... he was the person in the story I mentioned above since he found out from her former business partner) 

The attempt of theirs to ssmear someone is expected.  Not once did they dispute the falsified accounts.  

 Seriously? You're a big cry baby.. Not all businesses have success when they advertise and they keep trying but it isn't GAURANTEED to begin with! I have used $100's in free google ad crdits and got ZERO business, I didn't run and report google adwords to ripoff report now did I? Put your big girl panties on and stop crying because it didn't get you any business. You sound like an angry man, you shouldn't be in business at all since you aren't a people person when you act like this.

About a year ago, a man by the name of Christian L**** began causing trouble with several business owners in Columbus, Ga.   This is just the sort of thing he'd do.  He thrives on attention and trying to promote himself through abusing sites like this with false reports.  Kim Olive did everything she could to help this guy, but he burned his bridges with myself and several others.  We've all blocked him, however Kim being the sweet person she is can't bring herself to do that.  In my personal opinion, Christian L**** is creepy and very rude.  This report is no doubt filed by a profile HE created.  He's been grossly harassing and bullying Kim through several fake profiles on Facebook and other social media sites.  

Kim does not even use Fivvr (though she has a profile with them) and Christian himself has harassed her about encouraging her to use it.  For whatever reason, this man has put Kim in his crosshairs.  She is a licensed professional and her page works.  I've advertised with FBAG and have seen a tripling of my sales since then.  Ignore this post, as it is FAR from the truth about Kim Olive, and FBAG for that matter.

Some of the questions are business oriented, some are questions about pets, friendship, getting opinions, non-profits etc.  Do take a few minutes to check the page for yourself.  My fan base comes to my page to ask the questions and my admins or I repost the questions.  We leave out their name to keep any potential controvery down.  It has grown like crazy due to the BRAC Realignment and new families moving to our area. Even locals have said they have found out things about our area that they did not already know.  Many families stay on the page even after they PCS to another installation b/c they are still able to ask questions about the new installation.

I also create groups/pages for particular interests...like families helping families (if you want to give something away instead of selling it you post in this group, it is really to help those in need), business networking, business review, animal rescue, rental/real estate, etc.  I also have pages for many of the military installations.   I have been contacted by most of our area media about posting questions as well as TLC.  In 2011, I even got a call from a reporter from Stars and Stripes.

Out of 14,504 fans...13,176 are from the United States, of course any vet should know there are bases in Germany, Italy, Korea, etc and soldiers do deploy.  Sure there are some fakes facebook is full of fakes.  I am sure everyone has at least one fake fan... But, I can guarantee you that my page has the most interaction of any page in the Columbus GA area except for a few...like Aflac Ins, US Army Fort Benning, there is also an awesome dress shop that has a lot of interaction.  There might be one or two more that have more interaction than Fort Benning Area Guide, but not many in the local area and certainly no other guide that truly helps people. The others sites only post things relevant to them.  I post things that people in the community ask.

I would like to state that I have used Fort Benning Area Guide to advertise my business. I was able to gain several new likes and business as well by advertising. If you did not get a job, maybe you are a crappy company. I also know first had that some of the likes are in Alaska, Texas, etc. Not everyone here , military especially, will change their home state to where they are deployed too, or simply that they have not changed it from last deployment station. Also keep in mind that this is a military based town so people are always moving here and moving away from here which leads to people being in different areas.  I do not know where you get off thinking that she buys fans, that is just plain crazy on your part sir.

Do not get your britches in a wad becuase you don't offer great customer service and cannot get new jobs. One must provide impeccable service to get repeat jobs and new jobs. Many people comment on the page daily and lots of them I know personally from one of the other great pages that Kim started to help the community like Families Helping Families. It seems you sir are just eaten up with envy that she had an idea to do something great, and you sir have nothing better to do than sit on your rump wiping the cheeto dust from your fingers as you type. Go out and make something happen for yourself ratherthan sit here complaining about someone doing something good for the community that you obviously know nothing about. Good Day!
