I purchased a Kawasaki Cordless Drill from WalMart & noticed it had a "Free Battery" offer inside the package. You pay Shipping Charges only ($7.95)
I paid the shipping, but never got the battery. I wrote to them many times, no number to call, with no response.
I paid the shipping in mid January 2007; today is 7 Apr 07 and still no response or Battery.

KAWASAKI CORDLESS TOOLS SUCK

I purchased the set of cordless Kawasaki Power Tools.
FIRST, The charger did not work so I purchased a new charger.
SECOND, the batteries that did not work so I purchased
another set of the same power tools because it was cheaper than
buying 2 new batteries. (SO I THOUGHT)
I have 5 batteries, 2 chargers and 1 battery that is working.
Now I am over $400 invested in Kawasaki Power Tools with one working battery which will die soon too.
KAWASAKI TOOLS SUCK THE BIG ONE!
