I got a personal loan for emergency purposes. They sent me and agreement to sign. I sent all my bank information and never received my loan the next day. Now I’m not only in need of funds I have to call bank ASAP and they have all my personal information. Do not sign ANTHING.

Did you even read the Disclosure they sent you?

You were going to borrow $500 and end up paying back over $2700.  Within your first few payments you would have paid back the original amount you had borrowed....but still would be making payments for several more months.

I'm not going to ask what you needed the money for, but if you really get down to it are you in that desparate of a need?  Isn't there something else you could do that would be less costly?  

If they haven't asked for any payments in advance to "guarantee" the loan.  They don't fall into the typical "Advanced Fee" loan scams that are very numerous on this site.   The interest rate they are disclosing also goes against this typical scam, as with those they promise very low interest rates.  Not that there isn't something going on, or you did end up with a scam site.  So hopefully your information won't be used fraudulently.
