#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Tried to Reason With Customer...
AUTHOR: Frontline Auto Brokers - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, June 26, 2016
This "Report" was written some time ago however i remeber the the customer and transaction very clearly. The gentlemen purchased a vehicle with signed documentation and all, However the agreement (written on his and our receipt) was that he would leave a non refundable down payment and pay the balance for the vehicle on a specified day within that week. We proceeded with this agreement and made the deal. However the customer got buyers remorse a couple of days later and came in requesting down payment refund and to unwind the car deal. We explained our position and feeling regarding this request but he insisted for us to rescind the car deal and refund his $400.00 Respectfully we disagreed although we rescinded the deal and refunded $200.00 of the initial $400.00 (NON REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT) Customer didnt feel like this was fair and unfortunatley we were unable to please him despite our efforts. Thank you for reading.
