https://fulltraffic.net/ claims they will promote your website or video. They run a counter telling you how many peopel have visited your website. It looked as though I could get millions of video views through them through placement of ads on accociated sites that bring content in from outside sources.

I have a good analytic program showing any and all traffic going to my videos. They claimed that thousands of people were view my video and not even one actually did. 

When I challanged them on the subject I had absolutely no repsonce other than my account was terminated from the site. With $100s locked into my account I had to go through credit card agencies to get the money back. They put up a huge fight. 

They are an offshore scam site and should be avoided at all costs.
