Rod Halleck, Christine Halleck owners of RGH Enterprise, Fun Tours, and now Tickets, Tours & Travel are now doing business in Concord CA. BEWARE CONCORD CA!!!! These people are con artists that scam everyone out of their money and then relocate to another state! The Halleck's have done business (RIPPED PEOPLE OFF) in Montana, Illinois, Arizona, Utah, Washington, and now California.

Okay Captain Obvious!, Chris is short for Christine, DUH. Not sure where you got confused on that one! And the term "whilst blower" is for employees or ex employees that turn a company in for fraud. Are you following??? I absolutely did complain to all those agencies and found out a lot about the Halleck's history. And you will notice when I filed this original complaint, I was courteous enough not to include Rod and Christine Halleck's name, trying to keep this on a business level, I only posted it under Fun Tours. But they felt the need to slander us and make false allegations in hopes to discredit us when in all reality they only hurt themselves and proved themselves to be liars! As for Joesph's post, Joe is a close friend of ours and responded on our behalf, just as you have for the Halleck's. Rod knows exactly who he is. And no, I'm not implying it was the Joe that worked for him!

As for fake names, you need to ask your employers about that since they are pro's at it! Even going as far as writing a post trying to pretend that they were our ex business partner. But unfortunately for them, our business partners name is not anything even close to "John" nor does he live in Las Vegas! And we sure as hell didn't have fliers to hand out, we paid actual tour companies to send in our tours! I'm sure he'd be quite upset to find them trying to portray themselves off as him, especially since Christine Halleck's grammar is ATROCIOUS! Our partner could actually spell past the 3rd grade level. America truly is the "equal opportunity" country, where even the illiterate can open a business!

So Captain Obvious, tell me, when you were investigating, did you figure out who wrote about the Hallecks back in 2006? Saying they resorted to slander and harassment. Which was way before we knew them. Maybe they didn't tell you to comment on that one, which is why you didn't have anything to say on that post.

And when the Halleck's were fired, Christine filed a fake report on here slandering Beachcombers and Bill Bailey, when in all reality they should have been thanking him because he showed them the ropes! On 2/13/07 the first slander file report was written by a " Chris" NOT AS AN EX-EMPLOYEE or ANYTHING of that nature. It under as "whistle blower" hmmmm. ITS REALLY CHRISTINE ALEXANDER Sooner or later when you say so many lies, you will slip up. The next fake FILE REPORT on 2/17/07 come out, 4 days later by a "fake name" too. Hmmm. and then BOTH files was REBUTTED with the truth, stating it was the Alexanders' writing the fake complaints. few days later a "Joseph" responded, and wait and knew the Alexanders. Now here the clincher. the last long post that was submitted under the FAKE FILE REPORT 2/13/07 supposely explaining how the Alexanders have been the "victims", slandering Fun Tours, the Hallecks and the Wannyns, and doing it thru out this site and all the "details" explained from the outrage Christine Alexander.

Yes, she put her name on the last one! Also need to realize, she did put her name on a few more on the other FILE REPORT but as "Christine Alexander" "ex-employee". You will find all the posts, while they are all the same lies, they are supposedly written from different people, but in reality they are written from Rod and Christine Halleck under fictitious names. Rod Halleck confirms this in another post slandering us

I have submitted documents that show the Hallecks are lying when they claim there is no restraining order against them.

Neither Bruce or myself is wanted in Las Vegas. Detective Owens, from the LVPD needed a statement from Bruce. Bruce and another individual opened a business together in LV, they butted heads, Bruce was bought out of his share. The Halleck's fail to include the fact that Bruce was part owner, not just some employee of the company. And again, we have the business license's to prove this. The business was burglarized and they believe it was an inside job having to do with our former business partner and/or others he hired, Detective Owens is investigating and had some questions for us. End of story, there are no warrants in Las Vegas for Bruce or myself. and readers are more than welcomed to verify this, as it only holds more credibility to us and shows the lengths Rod and Christine Halleck will go through to slander us.

I picketed Fun Tours and I don't regret it. I recommend to everyone, if you work for a company and don't get your check, PICKET THEM. Me asking for the check that is owed is hardly "extortion" Rod is a very confused individual. On the second day of picketing, Mr. Halleck took a few pictures off the walls of his business and wrote "Christine is a crack smoking prostitute" along with other immature comments, and stood on the sidewalk next to me and my children as we picketed. The other business owners that rent office space where Fun Tours is located were 100% on my side and rooted for us, even calling the local news crew. When they observed Mr. Halleck holding such signs and subjecting their customers to that type of language, they were furious and called the police (this wasn't the first time the police were there, they were there constantly, but I was within my legal right to picket for funds OWED TO US) When the Halleck's and their employee's saw the police coming up the road, they ran like the cowards that they are, back into the office. The officer demanded to see the signs they had written, wrote it down in a report and ordered them not to do it again. This is all easily verified as there are police reports. And I have a photo of Mr. Halleck standing next to me hold the sign, which I should submit to ripoffreports too! My son took it with his cell phone.

We left town because the only reason we moved there was to work for Fun Tours, a job that won't pay, no reason to stay. I don't work for free so that Mr. Halleck can get rich. We have 4 children to take care of. The threats and harassment were becoming unbearable, it became too dangerous to continue picketing. I obtained a restraining order against Rod and Christine Halleck, I have submitted copies to ripoffreport and they should be posted along with this. The Hallecks were served with the restraining orders, they are still in effect, and are enforceable NATIONWIDE! What the Halleck's did after I left, I don't know, but if they attempted to get a retraining order after I got mine, we were never served with the paperwork, therefor it cannot be enforced. Once the order has been served on the person, the copies are mailed to you so that you have proof! But only after they are served! Which is probably why the Halleck's didn't know that I would have the copies of the restraining order that disprove their comments on how their isn't a order against them. I just ask that everyone read Rod and Christine Hallecks posts, (most under fictitious names), along with slandering us, they swear that there never was any restraining orders granted against them, they are liars and my court ordered paperwork shows they are. But that's just the beginning of all the factual evidence we hold.

My name is Christine Alexander, I have submitted proof that there ARE restraining orders against the Hallecks. If need be, I will submit other documents to disprove any other allegations. The Halleck's are liars, cheats, and thieves. I have filed with the labor board, but if you've ever had the misfortune of filing with them, you know it take MONTHS to resolve, and even when they (Hallecks) are ordered to pay what is owed to me they can still appeal it, I'll probably never get what I am owed but at this point it's not about the money, it's the principal. I'll have my day(s) in court against them. I will be adding another law suit against the Halleck's now that he has placed his name to another slanderous post against us, that was extremely stupid on his part, he should have kept them under fake names. Mr. and Mrs.Halleck should really think before he write these type of lies about someone! Especially when he know's d**n well they are false and that they could easily be discredited. I suppose he didn't count on me submitting documents! In essence, what he just did was prove to everyone that he is a huge liar. So really, you've screwed yourself!

The Hallecks are no longer running their Travel Club (Fun Tours RGH Enterprise) in Lake Havasu City AZ. They have moved their scam to St. George Utah. They will rape and pillage the residents of St. George and then move on to another area. That's just the way it is. They have a history of doing this. It is my hope that one day they will get shut down for good. As you can see they have plastered my name, as well as my husbands good name all over the internet spreading false accusations, WHICH IS JUST ANOTHER BLOW TO US ON TOP OF GETTING GETTING RIPPED OFF BY THEM! But just the fact that I have submitted evidence to prove they lied about not having a restraining order against them and that they have moved their scamming business to another state already, is enough to show everyone their true colors. My husband has been in the timeshare business for over a decade and there has NEVER been, not one, complaint against him until these false reports written by the Halleck's. I hope I have shed some light in this matter and cleared up some of the nonsense they have been saying. Personal attacks on an individual should not be allowed to be posted just because their company has complaints. The Halleck's have a lot more enemies than they think and they are rather vain to believe I am behind all the posts, including the ones posted about them back in 2006, before I even knew them! But until they are shut down permanently the complaints will continue to come in from people getting ripped off by them. The way they are behaving is outrageous, and their business practices are run in the same manner. It's a shame........

I will post again when I get this resolved to let everyone know how it turns out. I have mounds of evidence and witnesses galore, but most importantly, I AM TELLING THE TRUTH, and truth always prevails!

Still lying and still trying to extort money. Here is PROOF of your lies. Call the Lake Havasu City, Az Court. Anyone will find out there is a restraining/protection order against the Alexanders, and there is NO restraining order against the Hallecks.

Contact the Las Vegas police and ask for Det.Owens, he is LOOKING for you for criminal acts. I dare you to step back in Lake Havasu City, AZ the police is waiting to arrest you. Call them and give them your location, I dare you.

Everyone who knows and works with the Hallecks know them to be wonderful people. Unfortunately, you need to write as a "fake person" to write on your behalf. No one other than your cellmate would write this garage full of lies. To know you, is to know, one of the worst kind of criminals there are.

The world needs to understand that TRAVEL CLUBS ARE SCAMS and they are opened by con artists. Because they don't own any inventory (like legitimate timeshare companies do) they move into an area, rent an office space, burn hard working people and consumers out of their money and then when the heat is on, they close down and move to another spot. This is why the Halleck's have the reputation that they do, they've run marketing and travel club's in Montana (which state their vehicle's are still registered in, even though they live in Arizona) Utah, Nevada, Arizona and many other states. As for the Alexander's, Bruce is hard working, honest, non-smoker and non-drinker. Bruce and his wife Christine have been happily married for 18 years, and they have 4 wonderful sons. Mr. Alexander has an outstanding reputation in the timeshare community, he has a successful POSITIVE 10+ year history, working for REPUTALABLE TIMESHARE COMPANIES, these are companies that require drug testing and background checks in order to work for them! Something Christine Halleck, Rodney Halleck and some of their employees could never pass! THAT IS WHY THERE IS A SUCH THING AS TRAVEL CLUB! They are scam artists, with criminal histories. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" and until consumers wake up and realize this, folks like the Halleck's will always have business!

"Honest" is actually Rod and Christine Halleck that own and operate RGH Enterprises. The same RGH Enterprises that runs a telemarketing room that has called these very same customers to come to a presentation, many of whom felt misrepresented by RGH's telemarketers. Rod Halleck was a partner in the Beachcombers transactions. He was fired from his position with Beachcombers Vacations after it was discovered that he was violating the "Federal Trade Commission Do Not Call List" with Beachcombers. A clause in his contract with Beachcombers allowed for penalties for misrepersentation and violations of the DNC. When such penalties were put into effect they resorted to slanderous comments and e-mails about Beachcombers Vacations and Castaways Vacations including erroneous contact information on both companies. If anyone has been called by RGH Enterprises and you are on the National Do Not Call List, please call your local authorities to stop this from happening. They are currently being investigated by the Federal Trade Commissions. Companies like RGH Enterprises are what give other companies a bad name.

And when they are they will find that Rodney Halleck has been in violation of a restraining order that was and still is, in effect. Issued by the Lake Havasu Court against him and his wife, because he and his wife Christine (you?) were harassing and threatening the Alexander's, including their 4 children.
