Even after I finally was able to contact someone, I finally got confirmation of cancellation of the acai berry and the purity 12, I am being billed for more of the same. Past reports in here state the post office box for returns is filled, and no one is picking up so even when you return the product, they don't pick it up or acknowledge it.
