Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company fails to honor it's rebate obligations. Having met ALL criteria for a $20 rebate, the company refuses to honor that rebate obligation based on a claim by them that I do not meet the rebate criteria since I did not purchase both qualifying items (tax software + their software) at CompUSA. NO WHERE on the rebate form does it indicate that both items must/should be purchased from CompUSA, and I purchased both items seperatly. Emails with copies of the rebate form have received no response from them.
