Northern Trust Bank of Florida is charging every month rip off fees from our account between 100 and 200 $. Since several month we try to clear for what they charge this fee, which they call "analyzis/loss charge" even our account has always enough funds. We now tried to get a written explanation for what they charge this fee. Also we tried to close the account by end of 2008. Nevertheless, middle of Jan. 2009 they charged again more than $ 100 of this suspicious fees.

How can I stop them? how can I get information for what they always rip off this money. Has anyone else also negative experiences with this bank?
