gamepal inc, gamepal.com sold non working account, Internet
*UPDATE Employee: False Report: Customer Is Lying, Proof Below
First they require you to send ID, then after taking forever I finally get the account information. password doesnt work. have yet to get a reply from the company. luckily paid via credit card so can easily call the company and dispute charges, but thing is the fraud may go way deeper than that (possible identity theft). they might be harvesting IDs so they could social engineer enough information for udocumented/illegal people or something

#1 UPDATE Employee
False Report: Customer Is Lying, Proof Below
AUTHOR: GP Agent - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, September 10, 2011
Frank,
- On September 6, 2011 at 9:36 AM EST, you placed an order with our company.
- On September 6, 2011 at 1:48 PM EST, less than 4 hours after purchasing, we delivered this account to you. On
- On September 6, 2011, you then 2:10 PM EST, you reactivated this account, and purchased $50.00 worth of Station Credits which proves that the account was working and you had access to this account.
- On September 6, 2011, you then changed the e-mail to the account which is still under ffalcon@gmail.com.
- On September 9, 2011 at 7:18 AM EST, you then inform us that the account was not working.
- However, immediately after e-mailing us, you gave us absolutely no time to respond and for some odd reason you decided to post a RipOffReport stating the following:
- We delivered an account that wasn't working
- That we're fraud
How much slander can you do against our company?
What proof do you have that we're harvesting ID's?
How can you dispute that the account isn't working when you clearly logged in, changed the e-mail, and reactivated the account
What's worse is why would you post this?
It's 5AM EST, and it hasn't even been 10 hours since you last e-mailed us. So why would you post this before we even had the chance to respond to your e-mail and then turnaround and post complete lies about our company. What gain do you get from this?
I will also note
- We didn't require any verification on your order. Sending us an ID was your choice. You were already verified.
- We aren't GamePal Inc, and GamePal Inc, was sold in 2008 to another company years ago. Atlas Technology Group now owns GamePal.
- You'll also notice that since the time GamePal Inc, was sold, we have 0 complaints with the new company taking over. The only complaints are former complaints from customers regarding collection agency issues which is a third party handling those transactions and has nothing to do with Atlas. However, you are now the first person to complain here since then which is a completely false report.
