  • I just called the Apple Store and got a voicemail. Sounds fishy....
  • I just called Verizon and they disconnected the phone. Sounds fishy....
  • I just tried ordering a flight through expedia live chat and their live chat is down. Sounds fishy...

By your standards, every company in the world is "fishy"

Just because their live chat is down doesn't make the situation fishy. This company has 12+ ways you can contact them. If one doesn't work, try the other and be patient if nobody is online. Nothing fishy about that.
