Gardson Research Scam Secret Shopper St. Louis MO

 I received a letter and a check in the amount of $1,094.24 and told me to deposit the check into my bank and then turn around and withdraw certain amount and go to western union and wire that amount to a Mark Thomas.  I was then suppose to take another $100 and go to a store on the list they gave me and send the receipts and my review to them.  After doing this, they would decide if they wanted to keep me as a "secret shopper" and then give me my next job.

I researched the company and found that I was not the only one that was receiving this letter and checks, that several people from all over the place were.  I noticed also, that there were 3 different locations where the business could be from.  On the envelope it said Windsor CA (no name just an address), it was mailed from Greenville, SC and then the company address was from St. Louis, MO.

Beware.  This is how they get your banking information and I am told that the checks are not real and will leave you owing money to your bank.
