I hired Gary Bates to build a building for me, he wanted $8000 down and $8000 when done, he told me my building would be started 3 weeks ago and i have not seen or heard from him, i have called and called but he will not return none of my calls or anything, i have since hired a lawyer to take him to court so if you are thinking of having a building built do not use this guy he is a liar and a thief.
