This man is very bad.  All you have to do is a google search on him to realize that you should not rent from him.  He made me and my 2 roomates miserable every step of the way.  I  suggest you speak to other students who have rented from him and see how bad he is.  A rude, nasty guy whose house is very bad.  Rats and mice, mold....  House should be condemned.  i will attach a couple other people who i see on the internet.  theres many more,   he also shows up and walks into your apartment.  i never had that in my other 3 years at school here.    If you go with him, good luck, my other fiend never got his security back even though he left the place spottless.    you probably wont see a response to this , because he cant agrue the facts.

Worst person on this earth. Not just as a landlord but as an actual person. He has issues. He will find a way to go out of his way to screw you over. He has no sympathy for anyone and he is a complete a******. I promise you promise promise promise you will regret renting from this man. It will be one of the worst mistakes of your life and you will not enjoy one single day living at his property. He should lose his licenses, I really cannot stress how bad he is. He always just shows up and starts yelling about stuff and slapping people with fines about stuff that is not even in the lease. Lowest of the low scumbag. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM

Absolute worst landlord in Morgantown. Rude, unprofessional and very underhanded. The most disturbing thing he does- and I have heard this echoed again and again from many of his past tenants- is coming into your apt. without giving advance notice or waiting for you to even answer his knock. One day I stepped out of the shower to find that he had entered my apt. and TAKEN OFF THE FRONT DOOR so he could repair the lock!!! Do not rent from this man- there are plenty of other rental options all over this town to choose from. He will not treat you fairly and you can kiss your security deposit goodbye before you've even moved in.

664 Spruce Street says...

During the spring of 2012, I had signed my lease with the notorious slumlord known as Mike Gallagher of Gee Properties. During my tenure in the 664 spruce street house I encountered many things but non compared to the sound of rats running across my ceiling every night before bed. The roaches were quite bearable, but this man Gee was not. I have never felt so dehumanized in my life as he would constantly attack us verbal and threaten us physically. Needless to say my house was maintained while I lived there, leaving no damages behind yet, my security deposit was still taken from me. I have never encountered such a heartless human being in my life and it has become my life goal to ensure that landlords like this will no longer rest easily in morgantown, wv.
