no where is there a saying u have only 30 days to return parts first they sent me the wrong parts for the door then my attorney whom i work for came back in town parts were wrongthey said i was stuck with them when i called they said i was stuck even though they sent wrong parts do not buy go directly to www.geniedoorcompany.com they will not rip u off and u are stuck with parts u cannot use

Your complaint was vague and uneasy to read... Did you order from a garage door company or from Genie, themselves? Are you aware, you could have gone to the local hardware store for Genie parts? And are you talking about a garage door or opener? 'Cause if you brought Genie parts for a door and not an opener, you really got screwed... We need some elaberation to this.
