Gerald Bradshaw And Jerry Owens - Arapahoe Financial Investment Fraud Aurora Colorado

Gerald Bradshaw CPA and Jerry Owens pitched an investment plan to numerous individuals in 1999. The "investment" supposedly involved foreign bank accounts and international money transfers through the IMF, World Bank and other governmental entities. The promise was a very healthy return on the investment. The group handling these so called trades was known as the Cattlemens Group located in Oklahoma. My husband invested over $100,000 between 1999-2001. We know other individuals who also invested funds at the same period of time in the combined approximate amount of $500,000.

When my husband and I married and I became aware of this "investment" I was immediately suspicious. He had not seen a report or a bank statement confirming where his funds were in 10 years! Gerry and Jerry would not reveal the individuals of the Cattlemens Group. When I pressed my husband to get answers, the answers he got from the "gerry's" were that the Patriot Act was preventing access to the funds, Janet Reno was holding things up, the IMF was putting up road blocks because of terrorist activities, etc.

My husband still wanted to believe in the integrity of these individuals. I did not and knew that no legitimate business would be conducted this way. To sum it up, after several letters to Gerry and Jerry, the attorney general of colorado and some other investigation, I discovered that the Cattlemens Group was really an individual named Gerald Kraft who has been in a federal prison for the last 5 years for some kind of fraud crime. I am still gathering facts about this individual and trying to tie the pieces together. Gerald Bradshaw and Jerry Owens knew this fact and failed to inform investors.
