GFK GLOBAL mail scam for wire transfer evaluation richardson, texas
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company sends you a priority mail envelope containing a check made out to you. Another letter included advises you to email them get instructions.
They then ask to deposit the check into your account, withdraw funds and then use a wire transfer company to 'mystery shop' the wire company. Then you are to provide feedback on the experience (keeping a good portion of the original check amount).
Check never clears the bank and you out the money you withdrew to wire to the company.
