In these companies workers have no rights. They work excessive long hours.14 to 15 hours a day with only a break of 45 minutes. It means these people are working a minimum of 84 hours a week with a low pay average. If the owner is not happy he marks staff absent even if they worked the hours. When he is not happy he fine staff. And these workers cannot belong to a union
