Gifts2Go Beware of this Fraud Company. They took my money and never sent card. Internet

I ordered a prepaid Visa Card from this company including extra fees.  After waiting a month the card had still not arrived.  I called the company and spoke to a lady who had very broken english and was super hard to understand.  After waiting over 30 minutes she finally told me that she could not find my order.  I told her that was strange since it is on my credit card and gave her the transaction #. She was still not able to locate my order and assured me that I would receive a phone call the following day.  Sure enough NO phone call came and still no card.  $23.95 may be pocket change to some, but I prefer not to hand it over to criminals.
