If you get a check in the mail with a request to deposit it and then wire them some money don't send any money until the check has cleared and funds are in your account. And don't give them any account numbers or they will empty your account for you, best move is to put the notice in the recycle bin and laugh it off its a scam.

Global City Financial Inc Received a letter stating I won $100,000 and they sent me a check for $3950.00 to cover Goverment taxes. Said I need to call Mr. Ray Owens to activate the check. This was signed by a Mildred Fredrick. New York , New York
