goldmart.com wanted to purchase gold and purchased gold online requested wire transfer to bank of america account and no reply later Carson City Nevada

I placed an order for 200 grams of gold and upon recipt of the proforma invoice asking me to clear the payment thro wire transfer to a bank of americ account , which was also done. We ahve been trying to contact them , there is no reply , when called goes to a recording machine, no return calls or to the emails. We are still trying to connect  to gold mart.com and the option left is to place a complaint in the local police in regard to the ripoff and start a full fledged investigation in this case..a total of $ 8437 was paid on to their account on 22nd of august for the gold and we ahve not heard back  on this case inspite of all reminders .
