I paid Gov Simplified $129.00 to receive a replacement social security card quickly. When my packet arrived in the mail after filling out forms I was surprised not to find my replacement card. After phoning the company I was informed of the documentation to send and was told a health insurance card and voters card would suffice. My application was returned as I did not send photo id.Went mysef today to the social security office, waited and will be receiving my card.This company took a lot of money from me , gave me wrong information and gave me nothing.
