I ordered the Emery Cat product over the phone, accepting the "buy one get one free" offer. The price of the product is clearly advertised on emerycat.com as $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling, and the the second unit is free if I pay a second $7.95 shipping and handling charge. To total should have been $35.85.

My credit card was charged $71.70, which is twice what it should have been.

Because Emery Cat did not send a receipt with the order, my credit card company refuses to dispute it.

My congratulations to Emery Cat on finding such a simple and effective way to steal from people.
