The company was supposed to only charge me $39.90. That number is according to THEIR order status website, which is the only form of customer service I can actually get. However, according to my bank statement the amount being 71.90. I have attempted multiple times to reach the company and yet all I get are lame excesses as to why I am being charged so much.

This is not a legitement company by any means and unfortunately they "offer" many products through television ads that seem like decent products if only they would charge the right amount and send you the product you order.
