I called them to fix my fridge which was building up ice in the freezer causing the fridge to not be cool. They were out 4 seperate times over a course of 30 days, replaced 2 parts and charged me $300 and the fridge is still not working. The owner told me he's been doing this for 30 years and has never seen a fridge do what mine is doing. He never showed up when he said he was going to and instead would just randomly stop by un-announced and would never call me to see if the issue was resolved.
