Received a bill for $75 the first time April 2014 to my minor daughter for "supposed" service performed  July 2011.

Really?  3 Years Later You Do Your Billing? 

What a scam artist - i don't even know if we had service on that date yet now they are sending certified letters for $75 --

I'll pay the bill but the world needs to know this place is a joke! Stay away so they don't try to rip you off three years later.
